1. Required NOTE actions:

~To submit an artwork/literature, as well as contest-entries.
~To purchase whatever you want (specify how much you would pay)
~FOR CO-ADMINS: Any special updates or important notifications.
~Personal, general, or other notifications of any topic.

2. Behavior:

Since this is a club, here are the DOs and DONT's:

DOs:

Role-playing in chatrooms, battling appropriately, reasonably, and realistically,
following the rules of course, etc.

(Pay thorough attention here)
DON'Ts:

Fighting inappropriately, cheating anywhere, anytime, anyway, spamming, harassment,
+Faving on entires when you are supposed to +Fav on the original work (NEVER DO THIS, Period),
hacking (as in accessing without permission and modifying materials), abuse, discrimination,
plagirism, theft, etc.

Consequences:

Rank decrease, loss of particular previleges, temporary confinement, time-fixed bans,
strict supervision, point decrease, deleted deviations, money taken, reports, etc.

3. For CO-ADMINS:

Please be courteous and responsibly clean to this account that SangheiliArtist (a.k.a, CommanderNilut)
Officially owns, because there will be no password sharing, data corruption towards artworks, journal entries, commenting, and speaking inapproproately, and stay reasonable to the standards and parts here, with more to come.

Remember to modify anything mishaps or mistaken, and whenever the status says Online while you are
not logged in to the account, PLEASE wait until the Idle/Last Seen Online status appears
as you take over so that the society can stay stable, consistent, intact, simple, and moderated. Also, it's a good idea to keep sent items and inbox notes in case it's necessary, so that you won't lose track of who notes who for any purpose.

In terms of making general journals and writing, PLEASE type out the username of yours afterwards in the bottom
to let everyone know which Administrative did it. A fine example is ~SangheiliArtist, or your ephithetical name:
~Commander 'Nilut.

If you want to donate, please do so safely, and opening up contests will be this account's responsibility. Other
than that, we CANNOT afford to have either of the two accounts owned by SangheiliArtist, Banned, since I want to
keep these affiliations an absolute amusement and experience to users and members.

Anyone who has questions, PLEASE note the appropriate club account for anything necessary!

About: This can come from multiple chatroom names in multiple areas, such as IRC, DeviantART chat, flash Chat, Instant Messaging Chat, etc.

A good place to start is Tanos "Sanghelios" chatroom, so contact him if any of us wants to go online to role-play or do something in there!
